If you install a release 5.1 SAS Performance Management Solution on Oracle WebLogic 10.3.3, the SAS Deployment Wizard fails with a BUILD FAILED or BindException error while SAS Solutions Services are deploying. This applies to SAS Financial Management, SAS Human Capital Management, and SAS Strategy Management.

The System Requirements document for the SAS Performance Management Solutions 5.1 release explicitly states the following for each of the Solutions. Please note that the requirement for SAS Strategy Management is shown below, but the identical requirement applies to SAS Financial Management and to SAS Human Capital Management.

There is a known problem deploying the 5.1 release of SAS Performance Management Solutions with WebLogic 10.3.3. This is currently under investigation by both SAS and Oracle. Until a resolution is found, it is recommended that Oracle WebLogic 10.3 be used to successfully deploy SAS Performance Management Solutions release 5.1..
